I got into sports massage because of a problem nobody else could fix.

I'd been weight training seriously when the shoulder pain started. It got to the point where I couldn't bench safely — a combination of physical strain and built-up stress that had been doing damage without me realising. I'd been living with it so long I thought it was just how my body was.

One sports massage session changed that. My shoulders dropped back into a natural position for the first time in years, correcting a postural issue I didn't even know I had. One session. That was all it took for me to understand what the right treatment could actually do.

That experience changed how I saw everything. I started applying the same techniques to my grandmother, whose posture had developed into a pronounced hunchback over the years. After three months of consistent treatment, the hunchback resolved completely. The change was visible to everyone around her. That was the moment I knew this was more than something that had helped me — it was something I could do for other people.

Long, sweeping strokes to warm the muscles and get blood moving. This is how every session opens and closes — it prepares the tissue for deeper work and helps your body settle afterwards.

Petrissage

Deep kneading and lifting of the muscle tissue to release built-up tension and improve flexibility. This is the work that gets into the problem areas and starts breaking them down.

Trigger Point Therapy

Targeted pressure on the specific knots and tight spots causing your pain. We hold the pressure until the muscle releases and blood flow returns — this is often what makes the biggest difference in a single session.
